Primary Responsibilities:

+ Assemble fiberglass tanks and components using hand and power tools.

+ Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Follow manufacturing schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

+ Adhere to all NOV company policies and procedures, including:

+ Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

+ Quality Assurance

+ Operational Guidelines

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:

+ Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

+ Willing and able to work overtime and flexible shifts (day or night).

+ Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including:

+ Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement (8-12 hours/day)

+ Regularly lifting to 15 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

+ Safety-focused and team-oriented mindset.

Education and Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required)

+ 6+ months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments(preferred)

+ Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools (preferred)

+ Ability to understand blueprints and schematics (preferred)

+ Willing and able to work overtime as needed

+ Must be able to work the day or night shift
