Job Summary Details:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable **HVAC Helper** to support our HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in the HVAC industry. **EPA 608 Certification is required** for this role, in compliance with federal regulations for handling refrigerants.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

+ Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.

+ Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring safety and organization.

+ Support refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging under supervision.

+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

+ **EPA 608 Certification** (Type I, II, III, or Universal) is **required** per Section 608 of the Clean Air Act.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.

+ Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

+ Previous experience in HVAC or construction is a plus.

Pay: $18-$20per hour.
