The Customer Service & Compliance Technician in Sanitation is a full-time position with benefits and a preferred hiring range of $21.91 - $24.10 per hour (equivalent to $45,572 - $50,128 annually); however, an exact salary will be determined based upon the selected candidate's qualifications and in compliance with City policy.

In this position, you'll perform a variety of duties related to the delivery of information to community members in regards to solid waste/sanitation collection. You'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with the City’s solid waste programs and ordinances while providing technical assistance to community members pertaining to solid waste requests, complaints, schedules, and routes.

Minimum Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED and minimal experience in code enforcement, customer service, conflict resolution, or public engagement. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be used to meet this requirement.
