Radiology Product & Pipeline Implementation Lead

The Radiology Product & Pipeline Implementation Lead provides both strategic and operational support to the Head of Product & Pipeline, while leading transformational initiatives across the Product & Pipeline Squad. The Radiology Product Implementation Lead will act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Product & Pipeline, managing high-priority projects, overseeing communication, and guiding the execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives. This individual will ensure implementation of the Product & Pipeline Dynamic Shared Ownership operating model through outcomes that enable alignment, planning, and flawless execution across teams.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary role of the Radiology Product & Pipeline Implementation Lead is to maintain Bayer leadership in Radiology by:
+ **Strategic Support & Execution:**

2. Partner with the Head of Product & Pipeline to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with outcomes and ensure squads delivers on key objectives.
3. Manage both strategic and tactical high-priority projects, tracking progress, identifying risks, and driving timely execution.
4. Assist in long-term planning and prioritization of initiatives across Product & Pipeline squads.
+ **Change Management & Leadership Support:**

2. Catalyze Dynamic Shared Ownership operating model through design and implementation of programs aimed at optimizing Product & Pipeline processes, resourcing, and capabilities.
3. Lead as a cultural and operational change agent, ensuring Product & Pipeline vision and outcomes are effectively communicated and supported across all levels of the Product & Pipeline squad.
4. Facilitate leadership meetings and workshops, driving strategic agendas and ensuring focus on critical issues impacting the Product & Pipeline squad.
+ **Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication:**

2. Collaborate across Customer Engagement, Medical Affairs, and platform teams to ensure cohesive execution of Product & Pipeline initiatives.
3. Facilitate communication and alignment within Product & Pipeline, as well as between Product & Pipeline leadership and other areas of Radiology and Bayer Pharma.
4. Oversee the development and coordination of briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree;
+ **Experience:**
+ Strong management consulting or related experience in project management, strategy development and execution, and change management within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector;
+ Proven track record in leading high-impact programs, managing cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives;
+ Experience developing and implementing data-driven go-to-market strategies for Pharmaceutical/Medical Device portfolios.
+ **Skills:**
+ Proven ability to synthesize complex information, market data, and financials to develop business cases and formulate action plans;
+ Expertise and proven ability to influence without authority, collaborate, and lead highly matrixed teams to deliver on strategic priorities;
+ Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to strategy development and execution;
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to oversee the preparation of executive-level presentations and reports, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree with 5-7 years of Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Marketing, Product Management/Brand Management, or Management Consulting within Pharma/Med Device/Healthcare experience;
+ MBA/Advanced degree with 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Marketing/Product Management/Brand Management experience;
+ Pharma/Medical Device New Product launch experience.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $125,267.20 - $187,900.80. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
