Fuel Next-Generation Aerospace Projects with Cutting-Edge SAP Solutions

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a talented **Systems and Data Analyst** to lead critical SAP S/4HANA projects for a major aerospace client. In this hybrid role, you’ll support system optimization, quality management, and global supply chain operations—helping shape the future of aerospace through data-driven insights and solutions.

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead **requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment** for SAP Quality Management systems

+ Collaborate with business SMEs, solution architects, developers, and external consultants

+ Drive **full-cycle SAP configuration** and documentation to meet operational needs

+ Coordinate functional specifications, application design, and ABAP development

+ Prepare and execute test plans, root cause analysis, and functional unit/integration testing

+ Leverage SAP Solution Manager, SAP Project Systems, and FIORI technologies

+ Apply Agile (SAFe) and SAP Activate methodologies to project delivery

+ Document system enhancements and ensure seamless quality management processes

+ Manage SAP QM integration with supply chain, costing, plant maintenance, and more

+ Stay current on S/4HANA innovations and release changes

Required Qualifications:

+ 8–10 years of combined business and SAP consulting experience

+ 12+ years of SAP QM experience, including at least **1 full life cycle S/4HANA implementation**

+ Deep understanding of **SAP ECC Demand Planning** for aerospace/defense industries

+ Strong background in SAP QM processes: inspection types, sampling, audits, stability studies, quality certificates

+ Experience integrating SAP QM with external systems

+ Knowledge of user exits, batch jobs, and SAP reports

+ Exposure to **SAP Solution Manager, Project Systems, S/4 HANA, and FIORI**

+ Bachelor's degree or higher **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Preferred Skills:

+ SAP S/4HANA QM or SAP PP certification

+ Working knowledge of WBS (Work Breakdown Structures)

+ Experience with Sales, Procurement, EWM, Plant Maintenance integration

+ Strong communication and leadership skills in cross-functional teams

+ Experience using Agile (SAFe) or SAP Activate methodologies

**Pay Details:** $61.16 per hour
