    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Industrial / Manufacturing MIG Welders** for projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to **$22/hour** based on experience plus **$100/Per Diem** to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. After 30 days, there will be a **$2/hour increase** based on performance, attendance, and attitude.     Job Scope:

    + MIG Welding I-Beam Frames and Fuel Tanks using GMAW (MIG / MAG) Methods in Flat, Vertical, and Overhead Positions; Material Thickness Ranges from 10 Gauge, up to 1/2 Inch

    + Clamping, Holding, Tack Welding, Grinding, or Bolting Component Parts into Place using Hoists, Cranes, Wire and Banding Machines, or Hand Tools

    + Inspect Equipment and Products for Defects or Malfunctions

    Requirements:

    + Able to Pass Weld Test, Competency Test, Pre-Employment Physical, and and Drug Screen

    + Able to Read Blueprints and Measuring Tools

    + Able to Troubleshoot, Problem-Solve, and Communicate Effectively

    + Highly Motivated, Team-Oriented, and Detail Focused

    + Able to Pass Math Test involving Fractions

    + Full Welding PPE

    + Standard Tools of the Trade
