    **Position Title:** Physician, Family Medicine (2 openings)

    **Position Duties:** Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages and conditions. Provide preventative care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Manage chronic illness in patients and coordinate care for patients with other medical specialists. Screen for early signs of serious conditions, such as cancer.

    **Position Qualifications:** Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree required. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Must have 36 months of training in a residency in family medicine. Must be board certified in family medicine or eligible to sit for the family medicine board. Must have valid Hawaii medical license or eligibility.

    **Rate of Pay** : $160,000.00 - $364,000.00 per year
