Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials. This role ensures that all design elements align with the company’s brand identity and marketing strategies. In addition, the role collaborates with other team members to execute cohesive campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
This is an office position during typical office hours; relocation assistance is not available. Nights and weekends are not required.
Key Responsibilities
+ Create visually engaging designs for digital, print, social media, and e-commerce (myValley) platforms to capture attention and communicate brand messaging focused on user experience and brand presence.
+ Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events, that are visually compelling and drive engagement that supports business visibility and growth.
+ Reviews and edits materials, across platforms, reviewing brand consistency in delivering a cohesive customer experience, with strong brand recognition.
+ Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist to align visuals with marketing strategies, applying cohesive, effective messaging, that conveys messaging with impact.
+ Provides design input in the creation of promotional videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia content to support storytelling and brand association.
+ Responsible for the production and design of marketing materials for trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to deliver high-quality, impactful visuals, that attract attention and promote Valley.
+ Maintains the e-commerce platform, to maintain accurate product information, descriptions, and images in support of a seamless experience and customer connection.
+ Maintains digital platform and perform updates to cataloging assets and accessibility, for reference efficiency.
+ Responsible for the project-management of six annual catalogs (prebooks), collaborating with purchasing and sales teams for timely distribution, that supports sales and maximizes customer reach.
+ Remain current on industry and marketing trends related to shifts in audience behavior and market dynamics, so strategy messaging remains relevant.
+ Remains current on standards and guidelines for digital graphics, including web images and Meta platforms, using the insight to adjust compliance and maintain optimal visual content.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
+ Associate’s degree in a relevant field combined with equivalent professional experience will be considered.
+ 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing team.
+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
+ Experience working on Windows based PC. (Macs are not currently supported ).
+ Strong understanding of brand design, layout, and typography.
+ Demonstrated initiative in learning about and growing marketing knowledge and strategic marketing approaches.
