Come join our growing team! We're currently looking to add a Finish Painter to our team on 1st Shift. We offer starting pay up to $28 per hour and a $1000 Retention Bonus.

Responsibilities:

+ Set up and operate painting equipment to paint truck bodies or parts.

+ Assist with continuous process improvement and lean initiatives by following process flow, remaining flexible to complete tasks as part of the team, maintaining a clean work environment and offering suggestions for improvements.

Qualifications:

+ Two year's education or equivalent knowledge in automotive or industrial painting.

+ Ability to manually move product and material up to 50 pounds through regular heavy physical exertion, including but not limited to: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending. Using overhead hoists requires ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds.

+ Ability to paint in a variety of positions including but not limited to: kneeling, crouching, bending, twisting, turning and climbing; while working on concrete surfaces, ladders and inside dump bodies.

+ Ability to determine and make painting equipment adjustments as needed, read complicated instructions, use measuring devices and perform basic computer data entry.

+ Ability to learn operations of multiple machines/jigs.

+ Ability to successfully complete a pulmonary exam and medical questionnaire to be evaluated by the Company appointed PLHCP in order to wear a respirator.
