    Job Overview

     

    We’re partnering with a locally operated business to hire a full-time **Sales & Marketing Manager** . This is a direct hire opportunity for someone with strong experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce. You’ll lead and manage all marketing functions, oversee the company’s online presence, and help drive strategic growth through targeted campaigns and competitive analysis.

     

    **Pay:** $50,000–$75,000/year, based on experience

    **Schedule:** Full-time | Monday–Friday | Flexible hours (7:00 am–3:00 pm, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, or 9:00 am–5:00 pm)

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee and execute all sales and marketing efforts, including digital strategy and content creation

    + Manage and grow social media platforms; create and schedule engaging content

    + Run and monitor ad campaigns, including geo-fencing strategies

    + Operate and build out the company’s e-commerce site, including product photography, descriptions, and pricing

    + Track inventory and analyze pricing trends across competitors and regions

    + Design basic graphics for marketing use and product promotions

    + Stay current with industry trends and adjust strategy accordingly

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce management

    + Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media engagement

    + Ability to analyze data, trends, and competitive pricing

    + Graphic design experience preferred

    + Highly self-motivated and able to work independently

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to take product photos and move inventory for staging as needed

    + Sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods

    + Occasional lifting of light to moderate weight items for marketing setup
