Position Summary

Join Walmart Payments Financial Services team to drive growth by enabling seller payouts, monetization, and providing financial products. We focus on building trusted B2B payment experiences and financial services for organizations worldwide, helping them delight customers and positively impact communities. You will lead a cross functional team focused on innovating and delivering a wide-array of B2B payments products and solutions for our Walmart third party sellers. You will partner closely with leaders across tech, business, fintech, and go-to-market to set the strategic direction and delivery of new payments products and features. In many cases, you will work with third party providers and manage the partnership to provide industry-leading services and customer experiences. The position has high visibility within the organization and requires collaboration with a broad range of cross-functional teams and leaders across Walmart Marketplace.

About the Team

Our team enhances B2B commerce through financial products like financing, insurance, and funds management. We serve businesses of all sizes, from Fortune 100 to small/medium businesses, accelerating their growth on our marketplace. Our portfolio is rapidly expanding to serve new B2B opportunities globally.

What you'll do...

+ **Strategy** : Contribute to long-term strategy and regional roadmaps for third-party financial services, using user and competitive analysis to drive business strategy and process improvements.

+ **Execution** : Collaborate with Product, UX, and Tech teams to create top-tier third-party solution provider experiences, including lending, insurance, FX conversion, and fintech services.

+ **Leadership** : Stay updated on industry trends and champion innovation opportunities in embedded finance.

+ **Program Success** : Monitor and report program performance, facilitate business review meetings, and drive accountability.

+ **Go-to-Market** : Partner with Marketing, GTM, Solution Providers, and Account Management teams to drive product adoption and monetization.

+ **Service Excellence** : Ensure top-notch service quality and operational performance with our operation teams.

+ **Compliance & Risk** : Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to meet regulatory requirements.

+ **Data Insights** : Use seller feedback and data to improve financial services experiences.

What You'll Bring

+ **Education** : Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

+ **Experience** : 5+ years in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, marketplace, or related fields. Management Consulting experience in FinTech is a plus.

+ **Skills** :

+ Proven experience in opportunity assessments and project leadership.

+ Solution-focused approach to challenges.

+ Excellent presentation and communication skills.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (SQL, Python).

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.
