You will be responsible for launching new products and enhancing existing ones by translating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap into actionable outcomes. Your deep expertise in Generative AI technologies, combined with strong product management skills, will be essential in shaping the development of innovative financial products.

What You’ll Do
+ Develop and execute the product delivery plan for Finance Generative AI technology solutions.
+ Manage product development tasks, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.
+ Create detailed product specifications for Generative AI components using system flows, product requirement documents, and logical data models.
+ Plan and lead product launches, coordinating post-launch validation to ensure functionality and successful adoption.
+ Develop training materials and support users in adopting new product features.
+ Support implementation and deployment by participating in Agile development processes and making scope trade-off decisions.
+ Leverage data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and continuously improve solutions.
+ Foster strong relationships across teams to drive collaboration and product success.
+ Build conceptual demos using tools like Copilot Studio and Power Automate to communicate functionality and gather customer feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including awareness of current trends and future developments.
+ Proven track record in product management, particularly in launching successful AI-driven financial products.
+ Experience in developing and presenting product roadmaps, including key features and artifacts.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions in the finance domain.
+ Familiarity with design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization.
+ Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical finance stakeholders.
+ Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation in finance through Generative AI.
+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Passion for staying current with advancements in Generative AI and applying them to real-world financial challenges.
+ Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
+ 5 years of experience in product management, AI technology, or related fields, with a focus on financial data.
+ Familiarity with cloud platforms, large language models (LLMs), data infrastructure, and scalable architectures.
+ Experience working in Agile development environments and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
