At **Abbott Diabetes Care** , we empower people with diabetes through innovative technology—like our **FreeStyle Libre** system—to manage their condition with greater ease, speed, and confidence.
We are seeking a strategic and tech-savvy **IT Business Relationship Manager - (North America Sales Operations)** to serve as a key partner to the ADC Sales Operations team with primary focus on US and Canada region. In this role, you will lead cross-functional technology initiatives that enhance commercial effectiveness, streamline operations, and elevate our brand presence in the healthcare provider space.
This is an onsite role located in 1420, Harbor Bay Parkway, Alameda, CA. This is not a remote role/opportunity.
Core Responsibilities:
+ **Strategic Leadership:** Align with global Commercial Sales Operations leaders to shape and execute a unified IT roadmap that supports business growth and commercial strategy.
+ **Technology Enablement:** Recommend, scope, and implement scalable solutions that improve sales performance visibility, operational efficiency, and field effectiveness.
+ **Sales Operations Support:** Maintain and enhance applications (e.g., CRM, analytics, compensation systems) that enable the field sales team to effectively position FreeStyle Libre to healthcare providers.
+ **Performance Insights:** Ensure the Sales Operations team has a comprehensive view of sales performance, enabling rapid identification of issues and opportunities.
+ **Process Optimization:** Analyze and improve business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and ensure alignment with regulatory and strategic goals.
+ **Innovation & Change Management:** Champion innovation, drive adoption of emerging technologies, and lead change initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
+ **Global Collaboration:** Leverage global tools, platforms, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across regions.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 7–10 years of IT or business experience in a mid-to-large organization, preferably in healthcare.
+ Strong understanding of sales operations systems (CRM, analytics, compensation tools).
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and align technology with business strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Salesforce or Veeva CRM administration.
+ Background in enterprise analytics tools and technologies.
+ Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Experience leading governance boards and managing indirect teams.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration skills.

The base pay for this position is $112,000.00 – $224,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
