What you'll do...
We are seeking a forward-thinking **Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable** to lead the transformation of our AR operations through automation, AI, and process innovation. This role will be instrumental in modernizing our receivables function, improving cash flow, and enhancing the customer and payer experience through data-driven strategies and emerging technologies.

We are a one-stop shop for all mission-critical services that are both high-quality and low-cost. Our team is responsible for a variety of priorities, including solving complex problems for all of our stakeholders across the board by providing world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure to Pay for Goods Not for Resale, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Networking, and Pre & Post Payment Audits.
What you'll do:
+ Lead the strategic transformation of AR processes, with a focus on automation, AI-driven insights, and digital workflows.
+ Evaluate and implement intelligent automation tools (e.g., RPA, machine learning models) to streamline billing, collections, and reconciliation.
+ Collaborate with IT, data science, and finance teams to deploy predictive analytics for cash forecasting, risk scoring, and dispute resolution.
+ Oversee AR operations including invoicing, collections, cash application, and credit management, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
+ Monitor KPIs such as DSO, collection effectiveness index (CEI), and automation ROI; deliver actionable insights to leadership.
+ Champion change management and upskilling initiatives to support a digitally enabled AR team.
+ Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry regulations.
+ Partner with external vendors and technology providers to evaluate and integrate new AR solutions.
What you'll bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
+ 8+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management, with 3+ years in a leadership role focused on transformation or automation.
+ Proven experience implementing AR automation tools (e.g., HighRadius, BlackLine) or AI/ML models in a finance setting.
+ Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku).
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage change in complex environments.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
+ Experience in healthcare, retail, or shared services environments.
+ Familiarity with intelligent document processing (IDP), natural language processing (NLP), and AI-based cash application.
+ Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
