Job Overview

Fairview is looking for a driven Lead Patient Registeration to be part of our crew at the Fairview Clinic in Prior Lake Minnesota! This role is approved for 64 hours every two weeks!

The working lead serves as the “go to” person to assist with communication, coordinates and provides training, orientation, and department assimilation. Encourages and motivates team for immediate problem resolution, provides a consistent presence. Anticipates, identifies, and reports departmental areas of concern to clinic supervisor. Fosters and promotes a collaborative and helpful team environment. Completes complex and/or high-level project work but is not a substitute for team member thinking and initiative.

Job Expectations:

+ Coordinates daily activities of work team to ensure patient needs are met.

+ Responds to and helps resolve operation issues, including provider issues.

+ Coordinates staff orientation and training.

+ Promotes team environment within department, other site departments and other clinics.

+ Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.

+ Partners with patient care giver in care/decision making.

+ Communicates in a respective manner.

+ Ensures a safe, secure environment.

+ Individualizes plan of care to meet patient needs.

+ Modifies clinical interventions based on population served.

+ Provides patient education based on as assessment of learning needs of patient/care giver.

+ Fulfills all organizational requirements.

+ Completes all required learning relevant to the role.

+ Complies with and maintains knowledge of all relevant laws, regulation, policies, procedures and standards.

+ Fosters a culture of improvement, efficiency and innovative thinking.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred

Experience

+ Two to three years of experience in functional area is preferred.
