Overview
The Performance Integrity Insights Analyst (PI Insights Analyst) is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Revenue Cycle Management analytics, standardized reporting, and metric outputs. The PI insights Analyst will have clear understanding of RCM System based reporting products, including Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, Slicer/Dicer, Clarity and any other software reporting tool. The PI Insights Analyst will provide first line support to Revenue Cycle Operations specific to analysis, reporting and metric development needs. This includes assessment of efforts to design, test report out, and activation of new analytics within RCM. This analyst will develop core visuals to assigned RCM departments specific to key performance indicators, operational trends, and initiative-based needs. When appropriate the PI Insights analyst will coordinate new dashboard and reporting requests through the IT analytics team. The PI Insights analyst will maintain a clear understanding and utilize the standardized expectations for new analytics tools in accordance with M Health Fairview's organizational Analytics division. This role makes recommendations on metric management and requirements for development and onboarding of tools to assist the entire Revenue Cycle department in driving improved revenue capture, management of accounts receivable, and advancing key performance indicator results. The Performance Integrity Insights Analyst also evaluates interactions with the EHR system and associated software's to identify trends in data, analyze those trends and provide Senior leadership with insights into Revenue Cycle improvement opportunities. The Performance Integrity Insights Analyst will maintain an index of current system sources and reporting details to ensure data integrity is maintained in developing of data extracts, data analysis, reporting, or data management.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related area OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum 6 years.
+ 3 years experience in healthcare reimbursement, financial management or coding
+ 3 years experience working with Revenue Cycle data.
+ 2 years experience in data analysis with EPIC specific analysis tools.
+ 2 years experience with reporting tools
+ less than 1 year experience with SQL.
+ EPIC Resolute, Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle proven proficiency and/or certification
Preferred Qualifications
+ Advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related area
+ 1 year experience working and developing Microsoft Power BI dashboards and visuals
+ Demonstrated logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
+ Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business terms.
+ Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
+ Advanced PC skills in Excel, Word, Access and EPIC.
+ 5 years experience in Health System Revenue Cycle, Information Technology, or Analytics professional level role.
+ EPIC Cogito, Clarity and Caboodle certification
+ Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Power BI
+ Experience leading work-groups
+ Experience presenting to leaders

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
