KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Comply with all company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures.

+ Unpacks material from pallets and places in smaller flow racks, ensuring FIFO process is followed.

+ Decant and / or prepare material as required for each production line.

+ Stocks the production lines, using the proper equipment, such as a tugger or walk behind. Must deliver the right amount of parts to the line at the right time.

+ Removes trash from the materials area and production lines. Loads cardboard and plastic into the compactors.

+ Assists with inventory control functions of the on-site and off-site warehouses, including cycle counts and physical inventories.

+ Maintains lot traceability, as required.

+ Supports training, as required.

+ Any other tasks and duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Formal qualifications required:

_Essential_

High School Diploma required

Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Two to five years experience in warehouse operations and fork lift experience.

_Desirable_

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks

Detail conscious

Good computer skills
