The Opportunity:
CACI’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a Junior Power Platform software developer with experience developing applications and products within the Power Platform family of tools to support a key CACI Department of Defense (DoD) Program.

You will work as an integral part of an Agile team – a highly productive team of technical professionals who thrive on supporting the customer's mission and growth objectives through Agile software development. You will work in close collaboration with team members, other product teams, shared services teams such as cybersecurity, and other stakeholders within Agile methodologies.
More About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience building complex Power Apps based applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. In addition, development of Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows and Power Pages websites is desired. As an Agile Scrumban team member, you will work with stakeholder to refine requirements, track your work on an agile board and ensure user needs are met within standards. You will report on progress of assigned work at daily developer team sessions.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop Power BI Dashboards and visualizations
+ Power Apps application developer utilizing “model-driven” design, Canvas apps and Power Pages.
+ Ability to create Power Automate workflows.
+ Develop client facing web site and forms utilizing Power Apps Portal.
+ Work with system stakeholders to capture data requirements for each process model and document in an agile management tool.
+ Maintain application baseline in 4 environments.
+ Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to perform process modelling and develop data validation processes.
+ Ensure application processes stay in sync with business processes.
+ Work with the cybersecurity engineer to create System Interface Agreements (SIA) for all data exchanges.
+ Assist Business Analyst in the development and technical evaluation of requirements.
+ Manage and respond to user tickets.
+ Interface with Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
+ Work with the Cyber security engineer to remediate security findings.
Qualifications:
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active secret DoD security clearance (ability to attain interim will be considered).
+ College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
+ Minimum of 1 year related technical experience.
+ Ability to attain DoDM 8140.03 compliant certification.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
+ Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic, and a self-starter.
+ Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
+ Solution-based thinker; capable of resolving sometimes complex technical challenges.
+ Experience and comfort working on a Scrum team in an Agile environment.
+ Works well with limited oversight.
Required Technical Skills:
+ Experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite (Model-driven and Canvas App, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline) in an Azure environment.
+ Experience in developing reports, charts and graphs using Power BI.
+ Experience developing automated workflows using Power Automate.
+ Experience with transforming data architecture using the Dataverse data platform.
+ Experience building and maintaining data tables in Dataverse.
+ Experience with Power Apps Pipeline for moving apps between tiers.
+ Experience in large scale data management and data modeling.
+ Experience in providing status briefings and product demonstrations to customers.
+ Experience in translating customer requirements into functional requirements for the application (User Stories/Backlog Items).
+ Support new user requirements and assist with planning new features for future releases.

+ Experience with designing and implementing data models in A365.
+ Experience with environments with many different business user types
+ Experience developing SharePoint customized apps using Power Apps.
+ Design and develop data exchanges in accordance with the System Interface Agreements.
+ Experience developing modern pages on SharePoint Online.
+ Experience developing in a DoD cloud environment.
+ Development with technologies such as C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, FetchXML.
+ Familiar with the RMF framework and accreditations such as Authority To Operate (ATO).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$61,100 - $122,200
