    The Micron Mask Technology Center (MTC) is a leading-edge photomask fabrication facility located in Boise, Idaho. We enable sophisticated photolithography through our fine-tuned photomask technology processes. Micron seeks a dedicated individual to support and improve photomask manufacturing processes in Boise, ID. Our dynamic, forward-looking team offers the opportunity to develop skills across several fields, including root cause analysis, decision making, and project ownership.

     

    **Responsibilities** :

    + Monitor production and test results to proactively identify trends or shifts in processes or defectivity requiring intervention.

    + Work collaboratively with the Equipment Support team to understand and monitor equipment performance on defects and critical metrics.

    + Ensure communication and timely follow-up of FEOL issues between process owners and on-shift manufacturing teams to enable yield and cycle time improvement.

    + Analyze defective and/or out-of-spec reticles, materials, tools, processes, and process flows to determine root causes.

    + Make data-driven decisions to appropriately disposition product, tools, and materials to prevent recurrence.

    + Mentor and train others both within and outside the Sustaining team on processes, methods, and theory.

    **Minimum Qualifications** :

    + Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics or equivalent experience.

    + Strong interpersonal skills.

    + Good written and verbal communication skills.

    + High level of self-motivation and ability to self-direct work.

    + Willingness to work any shift, with 12-hour shifts rotating between dayshift and nightshift every 4 months.

    **Preferred Qualifications** :

    + Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing requests.

    + Work independently and as part of a team.

    + Willingness to support all reticle manufacturing processes from running tools to reviewing results.

    + Solid understanding of statistics as it relates to manufacturing, with emphasis in Statistical Process Control (SPC).

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products and ability to learn and use new software platforms as required.
