We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy **Helpdesk Intern** to join our **Digital Experience & Enablement** team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, technology-forward environment supporting IT operations, enhancing digital workflows, and contributing to emerging initiatives around AI and knowledge management.
In this role, you will provide responsive and effective technical support to end-users, assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations of workplace technology. You will also play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of **AI-driven agents** for internal productivity and self-service, as well as managing and optimizing **SharePoint** environments for collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
+ Deliver timely and professional IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
+ Assist with device setup, configuration, and user onboarding processes across Windows and macOS environments.
+ Support the integration and roll-out of new tools, applications, and workplace technologies.
+ Collaborate with team members to develop, test, and support **AI agents** designed to automate and streamline IT helpdesk tasks and improve user self-service.
+ Assist in the **administration, content management, and permissioning of SharePoint** sites to enhance team collaboration and document management.
+ Participate in digital workflow optimization projects to improve employee experience and productivity.
+ Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and operational procedures.
+ Provide excellent customer service while remaining calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
Qualifications
+ Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
+ Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and common IT support tasks.
+ Exposure to or interest in **AI/ML concepts** , automation tools, or chatbot frameworks is a plus.
+ Basic understanding of **SharePoint or Microsoft 365 tools** is preferred.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms.
+ Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced support environment.
+ Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals with a proactive and positive mindset.
Candidate Profile
+ Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and maintaining an above-average GPA.
+ Able and willing to work full-time (up to 38-40 hours/week) at our Sunnyvale or Draper office
+ Passionate about technology, customer service, and continuous learning.
