The Kelly Group is seeking a Metal Fabrication Facility Supervisor for its Reserve, Louisiana, location. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of fabrication facility management experience.

This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:

+ Ability to safely operate and instruct employees on proper use of fabrication equipment including press brakes, bending rolls and punches

+ Estimate and budget projects, perform take-offs and order materials/supplies

+ Responsible for hiring, scheduling and communicating with a safe and motivated facility crew

+ Basic computer knowledge

+ Ability to read blueprints

+ Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality control to meet industrial standards

+ Maintain positive relationships and interactions with customers

+ Coordinate projects with field crews

+ Understanding of safe work practices and how to maintain a safe work environment

Other preferred qualifications sought include:

+ Inventory control and compliance experience

+ Basic drafting skills, including CAD
