    In this role you would be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring Quality systems, procedures, and standards for on-going product and initiative delivery for First Aid Beauty. Has direct governance and accountability for the interface and management of Contract Manufacturer Quality Assurance/Quality Control and product release per brand requirements. Single point of contact for external and internal audits. Be an integral part of the seamless technical community to ensure all OTC drug and/or cosmetic requirements are satisfied during the product life cycle, from design to end-of-life. First Aid Beauty is a Non-Integrated Brand which follows its own governance approach.

    Job Qualifications

    - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance role within a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals (Rx or OTC) and/or cosmetics.

     

    - Demonstrated experience working in Contract Manufacturing (CM) environment, either on the CM side or the customer side.

     

    - Proficient in oral and written communications with ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.

     

    - Familiarity with Process Qualification/Verification, Material Compliance, Cleaning & Sanitization, Investigations, Product Release

     

    - Strong analytical skills for early identification of issues and develop multi-functional effective solutions

     

    - Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements for our product categories

     

    - Candidate will have to be able to demonstrate their ability to think outside the box, develop and adapt solutions consistent with accepted industry standards.
