    General Description

    Provide high quality administrative support to Senior Manager to contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    • Support sales processes by preparing reports, Salesforce tracking and collaborate in the development of strategies to work with the unit established initiatives.

    • Liaison between manager and Private Bankers, working to ensure policies, procedures and best practices can be developed across all teams.

    • Create reports, dashboards or presentations as requested.

    • Work on data analysis, market research, competitive analysis, and optimization to support decision making in the sales and service process.

    • Model Popular One Service Protocol.

    • Serve as the point of contact to help standardize the experience of clients and employees across Popular One offices.

    • Liaise with Real Estate Division to handle Popular One Condado issues efficiently.

    • Participate in special projects and cross functional initiatives as assigned

    • Monitor the implementation of business initiatives and prepare progress updates for the senior manager.

    • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting

    Experience

    2-3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry

    Other Qualifications

    • Effective oral and written communication skills in both Spanish (advanced level) and English (intermediate level)

    • Proficiency Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook.

    • High level of organization to set priorities, work with multiple simultaneous tasks, meet deadlines and stay flexible to changes.

    • Ability to analyze situations, anticipate problems, evaluate options, and make timely decisions.

    • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

    • Demonstrate service attitude, both for clients, colleagues, supervisors and managers.

    • Ability to work independently and under pressure

    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive client data.

    Work Schedule

     

    On-site

     

    Monday to Friday- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

     

    Availability to work extended hours, holidays and weekends.
