    Key Responsibilities:

    + Build and maintain collaborative relationships within the mission center and client

    + Design and delivering training sessions and evaluating the success of training programs

    + Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that training aligns with overall goals and objectives

    + Create Teaching plans, develop instructional materials, and courses that meet the needs of the client

    + Manage actions from internal/external customers and ensure products are timely/well written/coordinated and represent center activities, equities and priorities

    + Ensure that the center responds to taskings in a timely and effective manner

    Work Environment:

    + Location: On-site

    + Travel Requirements: Moderate local travel to multiple sites within WMA, 25%

    + Working Hours: Standard/

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph

    + Education:

    + Experience: Minimum of 10 years

    + Drafting Correspondence: Experience drafting formal correspondence using client-specific software

    + Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    Desired:

    + The Lead Instructor/Facilitator must be a self-starter, who demonstrates initiative and a team player, who will work closely with other members of the instructional tam to design and develop training materials.

    + A friendly and collaborative attitude; ability to work well independently and in groups with minimal supervision; ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace client oversight at all levels, and balance competing demands.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and various office equipment with demonstrated ability to learn new software systems and applications

    + Ability to manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

    + Ability to lead and facilitate training programs

    + Strong organizational, administrative, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
