Tutor Perini Corporation** is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our **Newark AirTrain** project team at **Newark International Airport.

Description:
+ Develop, manage, and maintain **3D BIM models** for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
+ Coordinate BIM efforts across multiple disciplines to **ensure model accuracy and clash-free designs** .
+ Perform **clash detection** and resolve design conflicts using tools like **Navisworks, Revit, or Solibri** .
+ Support **design and construction teams** by providing BIM-based solutions and workflows.
+ Participate in **project meetings** and communicate BIM strategies to team members and stakeholders.
+ Generate 2D documentation (plans, sections, elevations) and 3D visualizations from BIM models.
+ Assist in the development of **BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)** and ensure compliance with client standards and industry best practices.
+ Provide training and technical support to team members in BIM tools and workflows.
+ Contribute to **continual improvement** of BIM standards, content libraries, and automation scripts (e.g., Dynamo, Python).
+ Collaborate with the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team to support scheduling (4D) and quantity takeoffs (5D).
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution..
+ 1+ years of experience in a BIM-focused role in the AEC industry.
+ Proficiency in BIM software such as **Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360** , and **Clash Detection tools** .
+ Experience with **collaborative BIM platforms** (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Trimble Connect, Bentley ProjectWise).
+ Understanding of **construction documents** , architectural and engineering workflows.
+ Familiarity with **ISO 19650** and other BIM standards is a plus.
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
