NTT Data is hiring a Business Analyst-Virtual Care Technology Specialist to join our HYBRID team (NO C2C)
Summary
This is a hybrid business/technical analyst role supporting virtual care applications in a healthcare IT environment. The analyst will coordinate with vendors, support technical assessments, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and Company teams. This is not a project management or deep technical role—it’s focused on process support, vendor coordination, and application facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between vendors and internal AT teams
Support (not lead) technical and security risk assessments
Ensure vendors submit required documentation (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
Track and follow up on missing or incomplete submissions
Assist with virtual care application support (audio/video/streaming)
Communicate clearly with vendors and stakeholders to move processes forward
Use standard templates and tools to manage documentation and assessments
Occasionally interact with business owners (e.g., directors over clinical areas) and relationship managers between tech and hospitals
Serves as a core team member within an agile team supporting technology solutions.
Create and manage agile user stories to support stakeholder expectations and ensure successful completions within the defined timeline.
Independently diagnose and troubleshoot technical and application issues identify recurring patterns, generate solutions addressing the root cause.
Ability to multitask and switch focus as the needs and priorities of our key stakeholders change and evolve.
Basic understanding of computing topics including networking, hardware/software evaluation, systems management, client/server architecture, IT security requirements, video conferencing peripherals, and general operation of PC, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders business partners, technical teams (onsite and remote), and vendors to ensure applications, products, and defined workflows meet requirements.
Proactively escalate risks, barriers, or concerns that may impact timelines, issue resolution, implementations, or projects.
Develop strong understanding of the *** Technologies technical assessment process, including compliance requirements, remediation, and completion steps for new and existing applications, products, and services within the *** environment.
Provide guidance to stakeholders, business partners, and vendors throughout the technical assessment process to ensure transparency throughout the technical assessment process.
Track technical assessment progress, provide status updates, and ensure vendors remain engaged and respond in a timely manner.
Draft well organized technical and procedural documentation aligned with established standards.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Required Experience:
+ Minimum 2 years experience Networking, client-server architecture
+ Video conferencing and streaming technologies
+ Familiar with security concepts (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
+ Experience in PC, Mac OS, Android platforms
+ Strong communication (written and verbal) and vendor coordination skills
+ Ability to multitask, shift priorities, and work independently
+ Comfortable with email-based communication and tracking progress
+ Healthcare IT experience is important due to regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
Tools:
+ Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Chat)
+ ServiceNow – used frequently
+ Jira – used by the team (Scrum environment)
Preferred Experience:
+ Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills with ability to effectively communicate complex technology concepts to diverse audiences.
+ Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance) is helpful but not a substitute for healthcare knowledge.
+ Familiarity with virtual care technologies is a plus, but not mandatory.
+ Scrum experience and familiarity with Jira.
+ Broader IT backgrounds (e.g., field services, security, healthcare applications) are acceptable

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($65.00 - $75.00/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
