V2X is growing! V2X is looking for a **Logistics Analyst 1** to join our team!
Performs Logistics support relating to the delivery of end item deliverables. This position requires an in depth understanding of governmental contractual requirements in order to create and ship end item deliverables. Produces documentation to obtain customer acceptance and to provide the necessary data to invoice the customer for billing. The documentation includes the DD250, an International Packing Sheet and/or a Domestic Packing Sheet. Position requires a high degree of accuracy. Erroneous data or failure to achieve objectives will have a serious effect upon the ability of V2X to meet customer delivery requirements and meet financial goals. Provides training to others. Position also includes cross functional duties within receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control.
Required Skills:
+ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking work environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to interface with a wide variety of internal and external customers, peers, and management in order to deliver resolution in assigned areas.
+ Successful experience with being tactful and diplomatic in regards to assisting customers
+ Decision making responsibility with minimal supervision.
+ 4 to 6 years of intermediate knowledge & experience with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to perform research and analysis in a variety of systems
+ Ability to create a shipment and review for WAWF
+ Ability to resolve customer requirements for the delivery of contractual deliverables
+ Ability to be flexible and adaptive to learning new job responsibilities and tasks
Required Education:
+ 4 to 6 years relevant experience
Desired Skills:
+ Knowledge of Logistics practices
+ Knowledge of SAP applications including Horizon, S4
+ Knowledge of DFARS Appendix F
+ Knowledge and functionality of Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
+ Knowledge of S4 Shipping processes
Education Requirements:
+ High Diploma or Equivalence
