    AGRILAND FS, a financially strong farmer-owned cooperative, is looking for a leader in operations, with a strong mechanical aptitude, great organizational skills and experience mentoring others. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this person will work closely with the location manager to lead the operations team with knowledge of operating a variety of equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Schedules, leads and performs preventative maintenance projects with team members

    + Schedules product delivery and oversees product application

    + Assist with application and delivery of agronomy products

    + Maintains shop tools and facilities

    + Assist with the recruiting of operational personnel

    + Assist with the training of team members

    What we need from you:

    + Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)

    + Ability to obtain a Class A CDL with all required endorsements

    + Excellent business skills with experience in budgeting and inventory.

    + Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem solving skills

    + Effectively operate all equipment at the facility

    + Excellent work ethic with the ability to work hours beyond considered normal

    + Very good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    + Experience or strong understanding of Ag Retail preferred
