    Sr. FP&A Advisor/ Hybrid

     

    **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** To partner with and support Operational leadership teams to achieve financial objectives; to support corporate departments or more broadly in forecasting, budgeting, and/or analysis of results as needed.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

    + Serves as key strategic finance partner to the business unit.

    + Partners with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely month-end close, including preparation of a limited number of journal entries.

    + Performs variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts; identifies key drivers and trends.

    + Prepares and communicates monthly financial reporting and other Operational reporting to senior management.

    + Plays a key role in the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasts.

    + Delivers actionable insights through dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports.

    + Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand operational drivers and align financial goals.

    + Supports continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Advanced degree preferred.

    + 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.

    + Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

    + Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

    + Experience with ERP and BI tools (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

    Work environment requirements for entry-level opportunities include –

    Travels as required
