Join our Global Alliance Strategy team as a Graduate Business Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving high-impact collaborations with world-leading technology giants like Microsoft, AWS, and Salesforce.

You’ll help unlock the full potential of our alliances by supporting co-sell initiatives, streamlining operations, and fostering ongoing collaboration across teams and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Power-Up

•Be the go-to support for our alliance relationships.

•Keep conversations flowing with Microsoft, AWS, and Salesforce partner teams.

•Help bring joint business plans to life and support co-selling efforts.

•Join regular catch-ups to track progress, solve problems, and spot new opportunities.

Operational Excellence

•Keep our partner portals (like AWS ACE, Microsoft Partner Center, and Salesforce Partner Community) up to date.

•Make sure all the right info and documents are submitted on time.

•Work with internal teams to gather data for reports and compliance.

Events & Experiences

•Help plan and run joint events, webinars, and workshops with our partners.

•Get involved in everything from building agendas to managing attendees and follow-ups.

Teamwork & Collaboration

•Connect with our sales teams and channel partners to align on goals.

•Be the bridge between Sage and our alliance partners — making sure everyone’s in sync.

Reporting & Insights

•Pull together reports on what’s happening across our alliances.

•Analyze performance and suggest ways we can do even better.

Learn & Grow

•Get hands-on with strategy tools like the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Design.

•Join training sessions and mentorship programs to build your skills and grow your career.

What are we looking for?

You’ll need to be a recent graduate, ideally in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. We’re open to different backgrounds, but the following skills will help you thrive:

•Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

•Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude with the ability to demonstrate strong initiative and manage multiple deadlines

•Sharp eye for detail, proactive mindset, and a passion for lifelong learning.

•Strong organizational and planning capability

•Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications. (Experience with CRM tools is a plus!)

•Interest in technology partnerships and business strategy.

Opportunities for Growth

In addition to the Sage Ignite Graduate Learning Program, this role offers a standout opportunity for a Graduate Business Analyst to build hands-on expertise in global alliance management, business strategy, and partner engagement. Throughout the program, you’ll take on increasing responsibility, gain exposure to senior leadership, and develop the skills needed to step confidently into a full global alliance management role.

This role is based at our Ponce City Market office and follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week spent in the office.
