Takes ownership of assigned channel account(s) or territory; develops and executes sales strategy for assigned account(s) or territory with manager's input focusing on Zebra's Workcloud Sync and RFID portfolios; develops strong relationships with key channel contacts and leverages to Zebra's advantage; utilizes sponsorships, marketing initiatives, etc. to promote partnership and improve Zebra business within the channel. Plan and execute new solution launches within channel and delivers high impact sales presentations and product training. Develops and executes sales strategies with minimal input from manager for a higher level of financial responsibility; proactively sells solutions encompassing a wider range of products or services; partners with channel to develop and co-execute high impact launches, co-marketing campaigns, etc. to improve business for both. Develops channel approaches and tools which will be used by others in similar situations. May be responsible for indirectly managing or influencing the Account Reps supporting the channel/customer and service and supply chain related to the channel. Generally reserved for top 10% most senior channel sales talent with greatest responsibilities; leads business planning, including participation in quota setting and defining overall sales/channel strategy; anticipates channel and customer needs and works to define innovative solutions; develops strong relationships with corporate-level executives and industry influencers; leads creation of innovative marketing, service and supply chain approaches for others to utilize.
This remote role must reside in the US. 25%-35% travel to be expected nationwide.

+ Business Acumen - Conducts root cause analysis and improves long term profitability in a variety of situations; a S.W.O.T. expert; anticipates future customer needs

+ Relative Size and Scope - Sustained very high quota and results over multiple years for the business; individual or team managed has a large impact on a Business unit
+ Types of Projects - Large complex deals or very large volume of moderate deals
+ Strategic Impact for Zebra - High in near and mid-term
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
+ 8+ years applicable partner (i.e. Channel, Distributor, Systems Integrator, etc.) management experience required
+ Experience selling RFID **please ensure resumes submitted clearly showcase experience in RFID**
+ Must reside in the US. 25%-35% travel expected nationwide.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Voice/Communication experience a plus
+ Channel knowledge with an eye to the future including partner of the future
+ Successful ability to build and execute a business plan
+ Ability to collaborate in more of a team-based approach vs independent sales process; heavy cross-functional interaction with internal teams
+ Experience in recruitment (from existing partner base and/or new partners), enablement and development of partners
+ Demonstrated ability to develop solution sales strategies for advanced partner relationships

Salary: USD 111800.00 - USD 167800.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
