(Lead) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Savannah, Georgia Market (Expanded Role)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience

Kids First is excited to expand into the Savannah, Georgia market and is seeking aBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)who is passionate about helping children and eager to take on a leadership role that includes clinical oversight, community outreach, team engagement, and program development. This position is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment and is ready to take their skills beyond direct casework into community impact and regional support.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision & Case Management
+ Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering in-home ABA services to children aged 3–21.
+ Conduct initial assessments and reassessments in person or remotely.
+ Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and data-driven analysis.
+ Monitor client progress through regular observations, supervision, and team meetings.
+ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure timely note conversion within 48 hours.
Team Leadership & Staff Support
+ Help oversee clinic administrative staff and contribute to efficient clinic operations.
+ Support staffing oversight and intake monitoring to ensure smooth onboarding and service flow.
+ Conduct group supervision for BCBA students and training/support groups for parents and caregivers.
+ Increase Behavior Technician (BT) engagement with special initiatives like reinforcement bags and 1:1 outreach for new hires (e.g., Georgia-based BTs).
+ Provide ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster growth and development.
Community Engagement & Outreach
+ Build relationships with referring providers and maintain ongoing communication.
+ Represent Kids First at community events, professional gatherings, and networking opportunities to increase regional awareness.
+ Partner with community groups and participate in local initiatives to strengthen Kids First’s community presence.
Required Qualifications
+ Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Required
+ Education: Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field – Required
+ Experience:
+ At least 2–3 years of experience in case management and/or telehealth ABA services – Preferred
+ Experience in clinic oversight or staff supervision – Preferred
+ Central Reach or similar ABA software – Preferred
+ Skills:
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Organizational and time management abilities
+ Ability to collaborate across departments and disciplines
+ Commitment to professional development and ethical practice
