As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—guiding partners and clients to the right solutions while driving growth in a key region for our global success.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Collaborate with external sales teams to identify new opportunities and grow strategic accounts.

+ Support customer growth by creating tailored quotes, submittals, and project estimates using CRM and ERP tools.

+ Provide technical guidance to channel partners and OEMs—serving as their go-to commercial contact.

+ Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.

+ Coordinate across teams to answer product, order, and delivery questions—ensuring a smooth customer journey from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

+ A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.

+ 2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.

+ Experience using CRM/ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce; strong Microsoft Office skills.

+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

+ Knowledge of variable speed drives, bid-spec projects, or electrical systems is a plus.
