Job Description
A pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to support its growing portfolio of projects relating to Data Analytics, Data Governance, and Data Engineering. This is a part-time, remote role with a strong background in project and portfolio management within the pharmaceutical industry. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and delivery of high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a portfolio of pharmaceutical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Present portfolio updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Facilitate decision-making by providing clear visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies
Support Agile project execution and ensure adherence to best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
Compensation:
$70/hour to $80/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Portfolio Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
Proven experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive leadership
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple concurrent projects local null
