A client in the transportation industry is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development Developer/Strategist to lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide training initiatives. This role will shape learning strategy, drive instructional excellence, and foster organizational capability through innovative, data-driven programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in instructional design around IT initiatives, strategic thinking, and change leadership to support a highly distributed workforce.

Skills and Requirements
710+ years of experience in L&D strategy and instructional design rolling out IT projects
Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools such as: Vyond Studios, Articulate 360 Storyline, Adobe Captivate
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field (Masters preferred)
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills Certifications such as CPLP, CPTD, CLDP, or CIPD
Experience in the Transportation industry null
