Job Description

Insight GLobal's large healthcare client is looking to bring on data specific skillsets. In this role, you will analyze member behavior to uncover opportunities for increased digital engagement and reengagement. Youll develop insights aimed at reducing call center volume by proactively identifying and addressing member needs. Collaborating closely with business teams, you will help brainstorm and validate data-driven interventions that support strategic goals. You will be responsible for translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders. Your work will support personalized messaging strategies through effective segmentation and targeting. Using business intelligence tools and programming languages, you will visualize and communicate findings in a compelling way. Additionally, you will work with large-scale datasets using modern data platforms and tools to drive impactful business decisions. This role is fully remote.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or decision science roles.

- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and transformation.

- Experience with Tableau or other BI/visualization tools.

- Strong data wrangling skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.

- Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud-based data platforms.

- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions and outcomes. - Experience in healthcare, insurance, or member-based organizations. null
