Job Description
Serves as a core team member within an agile team supporting technology solutions for Virtual Care Applications. The analyst team supports virtual care applications and works closely with providing guidance to stakeholders and vendors.
Create and manage agile user stories to support stakeholder expectations and ensure successful completions within the defined timeline.
Ability to multitask and switch focus as the needs and priorities of our key stakeholders change and evolve.
Basic understanding of computing topics including networking, hardware/software evaluation, systems management, client/server architecture, IT security requirements, video conferencing peripherals, and general operation of PC, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms.
Independently diagnose and troubleshoot technical and application issues identify recurring patterns, generate solutions addressing the root cause.
Collaborate with stakeholders business partners, technical teams (onsite and remote), and vendors to ensure applications, products, and defined workflows meet requirements.
Proactively escalate risks, barriers, or concerns that may impact timelines, issue resolution, implementations, or projects.

Skills and Requirements
3 years of experience in Healthcare IT Business Systems Analyst or Application Analyst or Product Analyst
Experience with technology risk assessments, standards, and security requirements for Audio/Visual/Streaming healthcare applications desired but not required.
Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills with ability to effectively communicate complex technology concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong documentation and requirements gathering skillsets
Experience working with stakeholders, business owners, and vendors
GoogleSuites or ServiceNow documentation experience
Agile scrum experience desired but not required. null
