    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring an Art Director for a large client in Stamford, CT. As an Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of entertainment programming across film, television, live performances, and streaming platforms. This position requires a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide a team of artists and designers in bringing concepts to life through compelling visuals. You will collaborate closely with directors, producers, writers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, present design concepts for feedback and approval, and develop detailed plans for sets and locations. A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling is essential, along with a strong awareness of current trends in television, sports, and popular culture. This position is 4 days a week in Stamford, CT and pays $58-62hr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 6+ years as an Art Director or in a related role, with a focus on entertainment programming (film, television, or live events).

     

    - Experience developing concept art, mood boards, storyboards, and other visual representations to effectively communicate the artistic vision.

     

    - Demonstrates strong design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and the principles of visual storytelling.

     

    - Experience with storyboarding.

     

    - Ability to collaborate and understand project goals, present design concepts for approval, and develop detailed plans for sets and locations.

     

    - Proficiency in including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

     

    - Experience creating and handling creative briefs.

     

    - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Experience with virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), or other immersive technologies.

    - Experience with Figma or After Effect null
