Job Description

Day to day:

This contractor position focuses on managing and reconciling prize data for competitive gaming events. Key responsibilities include reviewing prize winner records, ensuring documentation is received, and preparing payments for release.

Export, organize, and review esports prize winner data across multiple years.

Categorize and identify players to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Reconcile prize payment statuses and track outstanding payments.

Review and process a backlog of recent prize winners to confirm receipt of prize acceptance forms.

Upload payable prize data into the accounting system for payment release.

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate payouts.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

Ability to reconcile multiple accounts and manage large datasets.

Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience in accounting, particularly accounts payable. Audit experience is a plus. null
