    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring a Field Construction Safety Manager to support a global industrial client on short-term projects ranging from two weeks to three months, with 10-hour workdays. This is a highly hands-on role responsible for ensuring on-site safety compliance and overseeing daily construction activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive field construction experience, hold an OSHA-30 certification, and possess a strong background in mechanical work such as piping, fabrication, and welding. They will be responsible for managing the safety of 1015 on-site workers, conducting daily site inspections, identifying and mitigating hazards, and ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining daily logs, filing safety and near-miss reports, and tracking compliance and training certifications. Experience working in confined spaces is required. This role is onsite in various locations and pays $65-77hr.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in field construction safety, preferably within large industrial environments.

    • OSHA 30 certification required

    • Experience overseeing a team of site workers.

    • Site Safety Training experience.

    • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.

    • Proven ability to manage safety on active job sites with multiple trades.

    • Experience working for or with companies such as Shell, BASF, or DuPont is highly preferred.
