    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Printer Logic/Vasion Print - SME Systems Engineer. You'll design, implement, and maintain PrinterLogic infrastructure for our customer ensuring seamless print services for over 600,000 personnel across 100+ locations. You'll collaborate with IT staff, end-users, and vendors to troubleshoot, innovate, and enhance the printing infrastructure for a consistent, high-quality user experience.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    BA/BS + 5 years (additional 5+ years of recent relevant experience may be substituted for degree, for total of 10+ years of experience)

     

    7+ years experience implementing and managing PrinterLogic (Vasion Print)

     

    7+ years cumulative experience with systems administration in Linux environments and Windows Server environments (MS Security Engineer/Solution Architect equivalence).

     

    7+ years of experience with systems administration in Linux environments and Windows Server environments (MS Security Engineer/Solution Architect equivalence)

     

    2 years+ years of experience with enterprise IT environments, including networks, servers, and security protocols.

     

    Proficient in diagnosing and resolving driver and printer issues on Windows workstations.

     

    Security+ Certification 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow, DevOps, Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos

     

    2+ years cumulative experience creating and analyzing PowerShell, Ansible, Bash, JAVA based, YAML and/or Python scripts.

     

    Security+ Certification

     

    2+ years recent (within the past 3 years) cumulative experience with Azure Cloud Computing.

     

    Some experience with any or all these products or technologies: Red Hat Satellite, Nagios, ForeScout, CyberArk, Layer7 PAM, SailPoint, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Splunk, AMQP (RabbitMQ), Nessus suit, Swimlane, Qualys, SCCM/MECM, BigFix, MDM solutions, JIRA null
