Job Description

Our largest live entertainment client is seeking two experienced AV Construction Project Managers / Site Supervisors to oversee the AV infrastructure and installation phases at multiple live entertainment venue construction sites across the country. These professionals will serve as the on-site point of contact between design teams, trades, and Live Nations internal stakeholdersensuring AV systems are installed to spec, on time, and with minimal disruption to overall construction timelines.

Conduct weekly or biweekly site visits across multiple construction sites to assess progress and identify issues.

Walk the site with electricians, general contractors, and the AV design team to verify installation matches design intent and infrastructure requirements.

Address RFIs and clarify AV scope and drawings with trades during site walkthroughs.

Manage day-to-day AV construction activity including cabling infrastructure, mounting, and equipment deployment schedules.

Track project timelines and identify potential delays, conflicts, or installation challenges early.

Coordinate with commissioning and support teams to ensure smooth transition to testing and system handoff phases.

Maintain daily/weekly field reports and communicate status to PMO and engineering teams.

Provide field-level QA/QC and ensure installation meets both AV and construction code requirements.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of experience in AV, low-voltage, or MEP construction project management (ideally with commercial or large-scale entertainment venues).

Strong understanding of AV systems infrastructure (power, conduit, signal paths, and rack space planning).

Familiarity with construction sequencing and job site protocols.

Proficient in Bluebeam Revu for reviewing drawings, markup, and collaboration.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, and AV design documents.

Skilled communicator comfortable speaking with superintendents, trades, PMs, and executives.

Experience resolving in-field AV installation conflicts and adapting to changing construction environments.

Strong organizational skills and self-management while working across multiple sites.

Willingness to travel regionally or nationally to support active construction sites.

CTS or PMP certification is a plus but not required. null
