• Mid/Senior Level Estimator

    Job Description

    Our Client is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Estimator to join its Atlanta team. This role will primarily support multi-family home construction projects and collaborate with teams in Atlanta, Savannah, and Charleston. The position is mostly remote, with occasional site visits and team meetings.

     

    Prepare detailed cost estimates for multi-family residential construction projects.

     

    Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates.

     

    Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope details.

     

    Participate in preconstruction meetings and site visits as needed.

     

    Maintain and update cost databases and historical data for future reference.

     

    Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.

     

    Support bid preparation and proposal development.

     

    Coordinate with the Director of Preconstruction and other regional teams to ensure alignment on project goals

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3-6 years of experience as an estimator on commercial construction projects

    - Must have experience working on multi-family home projects null
