Job Description

Our client is seeking a Junior-Level Estimator to support multi-family home construction projects in the Charlotte region.

Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for multi-family residential construction projects.

Review architectural and engineering drawings to determine scope and pricing.

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.

Assist in preparing bid proposals and supporting documentation.

Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records.

Participate in internal project meetings and support preconstruction planning.

Coordinate with the Director of Preconstruction to align estimates with project goals and timelines.

Skills and Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience as an estimator on commercial construction projects

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience working on multi-family home projects null
