    Our client, in St Marys is seeking a Tig Welder to join their team. As a Tig Welder, you will be part of the Quality Team supporting Production. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Tig Welder

     

    Shift: 6am-2pm

     

    Pay Range: $18-$20 hr

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel

    + Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

    + Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Proven experience as a TIG welder (typically 2+ years).

    + Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

    + Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
