    **Title:** IQA Technician II/ Quality Control Technician

    **Location:** 1921 Hurd Drive, Irving, TX 75038

    **Duration:** 12 Months | 100% Onsite

    **Shift:** 2nd shift | 1 PM – 11:30 PM

    **Pay Range:** $20/ hr to $22/ hr (On W2)

     

    We are looking for a **“IQA Technician II/ Quality Control Technician** ” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.

    Job Description:

    The IQA Technician II will be responsible for performing both Tier 1 and Tier 2 inspections on incoming materials used in the assembly of complex medical devices. Inspections may include visual checks, manual measurements using calipers and rulers, and advanced assessments using optical and digital measurement systems such as OGP and Keyence IM.

     

    The technician will analyze inspection results, compare them to specifications, and report any non-conformances. This position requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with quality standards, and the ability to accurately interpret technical drawings.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform inspections using mechanical and optical tools

    + Interpret engineering drawings and specifications

    + Identify and document non-conformances

    + Use ERP systems for data entry and inventory updates

    + Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 requirements

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 2–5 years of experience in quality inspection

    + Experience with precision measurement tools

    + Understanding of GD&T and inspection standards

    + Strong computer and communication skills

    + Medical device or IPC-610-A experience preferred
