    Our client, a dynamic organization in the data management sector, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Data Entry Clerk

    **Location:** Warrendale, PA

    Pay Range: $18-22/hr

    **Shift:** Daylight, Monday through Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with a lunch break from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Maintain data entry and update requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

    + Verify entered data in the company’s ERP system, by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

    + Cross-reference data across multiple sources to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies or errors, utilizing MS Excel functions.

    + Generate reports and present data in a clear and concise manner to assist with decision-making processes within the company.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Associate’s degree or equivalent.

    + Proven data entry work experience is a plus.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    + Intermediate computer skills with emphasis on MS Office products, ERP/MRP, and CRM systems.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
