Brady Sullivan Properties is looking for just the right person to add to our accounting team as Cash Management Clerk. If you have a great desire to be successful in a fast paced, professional environment, this may be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities :
+ Assist in Maintaining accurate cash balances for multiple accounts
+ Reconcile bank statements to the GL monthly for multiple accounts in a timely manner
+ Prepare documentation & set up new accounts as needed
+ Establish & maintain working relationships with multiple banks
+ Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
+ Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
+ Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
+ Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Requirement s:
+ Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
+ Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
+ Accuracy and attention to detail
+ Aptitude for numbers
+ Well organized
+ Flexibility & willingness to undertake new tasks as the position evolves
+ Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
