    Responsible for the growth and daily business of the largest philosophy distribution channel through marketing and sales efforts, increasing the customer base and driving sales through unique storytelling, digital strategy, social media efforts, product launch strategy and sustaining core products in - fragrance, skincare, bath & body.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As our Senior Marketing Manager QVC, you are responsible for Philosophy on QVC, you will serve as the brand’s strategic marketing lead for one of its most high-impact retail partners. This role bridges brand marketing, channel strategy, and storytelling execution to drive growth, elevate brand equity, and build customer love across QVC platforms (TV, digital, and social). You’ll own the 360° marketing calendar for QVC, lead cross-functional coordination for new launches and TSVs (Today’s Special Values), and work closely with QVC partners to bring the Philosophy brand to life in a differentiated, compelling way.

    Your main focus:

    + Sole marketing manager responsible for all marketing strategy and execution for QVC account; on air and off-air programs, for all philosophy product categories including skincare, fine fragrance, and bath & body care.

    + Briefs in/creates all new product development for QVC exclusive launches for fragrance, bath & body, & skincare categories on a rolling 12-month calendar launch plan.

    + Liaison and lead for QVC representation to internal teams; global marketing, US marketing, R&D, and planning.

    + Develops market-specific campaign kits + limited edition SKUs to promote key moments for QVC, i.e., Anniversary moments, Holiday program, TSVs, etc.

    + Creates customized marketing and sales plan to achieve QVC account philosophy sales goal.

    + Lead partner for the philosophy team sell-in and partnership with QVC buying and planning teams.

    + Develops new product launch plans, core product campaigns, evergreen marketing, and brand activations to drive the business at QVC on air for bath & body, fragrance, and skincare.

    + Manages and fosters the QVC buying/merchant teams’ relationship for 6+ years.

    + Responsible for the development and deployment of launch toolkits for QVC guests and hosts.

    + Develops new product campaigns for launch + sustained plans for A+ launches and key drivers.

    + Designs global go-to-QVC consumer engagement frameworks for new launches and brand support campaigns, laddering up to campaign concept and authentically connecting the brand to QVC customer and community.

    The team consists of Senior Marketing Manager QVC,working closely together with several departments such asglobal marketing, R&D, US marketing, supply, & demand planning.     QUALIFICATIONS

    We’d love to see candidates who have:

    Essential:

    + 7–10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer products, retail, or beauty

    + Proven experience leading omnichannel marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on TV retail (QVC/HSN) or DTC + wholesale hybrid environments

    + Strong knowledge of QVC’s business model, guest strategy, and content calendar cadence

    + Deep understanding of product lifecycle marketing, TSV/TS (Today’s Special Value/Today's Special), and customer buying behavior in the live selling space

    + Prior experience working with cross-functional teams—sales, product development, creative, planning, and operations

    Desirable:

    + Strong strategic planning and campaign execution capabilities

    + Exceptional analytical skills—able to interpret sales data, viewership, and customer feedback to refine strategy

    + Ability to develop compelling storytelling and product positioning tailored for live TV and .com audiences

    + Comfortable with content creation, scripting, and ensuring brand voice aligns with both QVC standards and internal guidelines

    + Experienced in budget management, ROI analysis, and performance optimization

    + Base Salary Range:$120K – $145K + bonus
