    Retail Store Clerk ​​​​​​​(Multiple position)

     

    306 N Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA 91206

     

    4+ month contract with high potential for extension

     

    Pay range: $15 - $19/hr

    Main Responsibilities

    + **Exceptional Customer Service:** Consistently deliver outstanding service and support to salon professionals and customers.

    + **Sales & Product Knowledge:** Sell leading professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions and products, and share beauty industry trends.

    + **Store Operations:**

    + Process sales and returns accurately

    + Replenish merchandise and participate in inventory counts

    + Maintain a clean, organized store environment

    + **Team Collaboration:** Work cooperatively in a positive team environment to meet goals and priorities.

    + **Integrity & Development:** Commit to excellence, embrace growth opportunities, and act with integrity at all times.

    Key Qualifications

    + **Customer Service:** Exceptional communication skills; prior retail or related experience strongly preferred

    + **Technical Skills:** Basic reading and math skills; able to use computerized POS system; SAP experience is a plus

    + **Physical Requirements:** Able to stand and walk for scheduled shifts, and lift up to 20 lbs.

    + **Availability:** Must be able to work weekends, as required

    + **Education & Experience:**

    + High School Diploma or GED preferred

    + 1–3 years of experience in a related field **Focus for Recruitment:**

    + Excellent customer service orientation

    + Previous retail or beauty industry experience

    + Strong teamwork and communication abilities

    + Willingness to learn and develop in the role

    + Flexible schedule (including weekends)

    + Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and light physical work
